Fractal logo

Another character from Karabear Comics Unlimited, Fractal's logo was a different situation entirely to Eiderdown's to make into vector.  Their logo originally didn't have a stroke at all, and was a different font for each letter, a fractal pattern pasted into them.  However, I doubt I still have all those fonts (I created the original logo two computers ago) and the fractal pattern was going to be hard to find again--not to mention there was no stroke on the original logo, which I wanted to change anyways.  Rather than go through the hassle of tracing all the letters and individual colors of the pattern by hand, I just did some "trace bitmap" magic in Inkscape to make this.  It may not have the best system, but I kind of like the result that happened.
